Attention Cheaters!

I hear so many people complain that even though they eat healthy and watch their food intake, they can’t seem to lose any weight. When you take an accurate account of the things you eat, you feel more conscious of your action and consequences. With MyFitnessPal, I can’t say, “well I only had a little treat and it doesn’t matter,” because the app will reveal that little treat took up over 20% of my daily intake.
