Two Men, One Vision

I can count on one hand the number of people who I really admire.  Carl Daikeler, the CEO of Beachbody, is one of them. His vision of ending the trend of obesity and chronic diseases brought about from bad lifestyle choices and eating habits is something I can put my whole heart behind.  He and Jon Congdon introduced a novel concept to the health and fitness industry–produce programs that actually work because they require effort, not magic pills, quick-fixes, gadgets, or excuses. Before their arrival, the health and fitness landscape was populated with frauds and hucksters who promised you great results from a bottle of pills while you did nothing. Beachbody turned that model on its head for good and told you the truth–you can only get great results through consistent hard work. Imagine that, a health company that promoted hard work and sound nutrition.  No false guarantees or gimmicks.  Thanks to Beachbody’s innovative approach, the likes of Suzanne Summers and her Thighmaster contraption and Tony Little have almost become extinct. We who value true health and fitness are better off thanks to Beachbody’s founding vision. I am grateful because my life has been changed for the better.

About Jade Nuyen

You know the people who tell you that life goes downhill after 40, or after you've had children? They're full of crap. I prove it to myself every single day that life begins after 40 and you don't have to accept being a frumpy out of shape mom as a lifestyle.
