How Badly Do You Want to Leave Your Old Self Behind?

I love these training videos. No matter what I’m doing, it makes me want to work out. In a bad way, because I want it bad! I want to be at my best and not settle for less. The old me is history now. The old me was fine with good enough, but not the new me. The old me was okay with what other people did, but not the new me. The old me was just getting by, but not the new me. The old me was complacent, but not the new me. The old me was weak, unhappy, and unhealthy, but the new me is ready to conquer the world. Coincidence? Probably not.

The new me is no longer scared of the type of intense training that this video depicts. The new me relishes it–looks forward to it almost. The new me knows that I’m capable of doing anything physical with consistent and persistent training. It doesn’t take a super person to train as hard as Floyd Mayweather, just a person as dedicated as him. I am that person now.

Are you ready to leave your old self behind? You may say yes, but how badly do you want it? When you get to the point that your discomfort with your present condition is more powerful than your perceived discomfort of doing something about it, then let me know and I will help you begin your fitness journey.
